2 cups of frozen mango

1 cup of coconut water (or vegan milk)

Topping

Handful of granola

Shredded coconut

Banana

Fresh blueberries

Blend the mango banana and coconut water in a high-powered blender (you might have to stop and mix a few times to get the thick creamy consistency). Spoon the mixture into a bowl and top with the granola, coconut, banana and blueberries, enjoy.

Açaí Bowl

Açaì bowls are a favorite breakfast among yogis and surfers in Bali because of the amazing health benefits and delicious taste. Açaí berries are packed with antioxidants that can help build up your immune system and protect your cells against damage from free radicals. Naturally quite bitter in taste, commercial açaí pulp often has a lot of sugar added to it, check for açaí with added guarana or natural sweetener added to it for the healthiest option.
