been working long and hard to bring a retreat that is specific to the times we
are living in, and dedicated to helping people find stillness, peace and calm
amongst the chaos of the outside world.
What to expect
Over the three days you will be pampered with two daily yoga
classes, daily guided meditations, vision and mindfulness workshops, daily
routine tips, 3 daily, healthy plant-based recipes and much more. The retreat
is guided by Georgina Yadev (Inner Yoga Training founder, Yin
yoga teacher training and mindfulness and wellness
coach) and Freya Bernadette (Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher & Raw Vegan chef)
and has been designed to fit into your weekend for an at home mini retreat you
can enjoy at your own pace.
Daily Morning Vinyasa
Our morning vinyasa classes are perfect for beginners and advanced practitioners
alike, every day you will be given a short morning practice to set you up for
the day and to bring some movement and fresh energy into your body. The classes
are led by Freya, who has been teaching yoga for over 5 years in Dubai,
Argentina and New Zealand. She loves to witness the way yoga transforms her
students both physically & spiritually and believes in a laid back and calm
approach to her teaching. Each class is themed to tie into the activities of
the day and to get the day started with some movement and fresh
energy.
Daily Recipes
Every day we will provide you with nourishing plant-based
breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes. On day one of the retreat you will be
given a shopping list with all the ingredients you need for the three days and
step-by-step instructions on how to create your meals. The recipes have been
created by Freya who is a plant-based and raw vegan chef and are the perfect
addition to your mini retreat as they are healthy, nutrient dense
anti-inflammatory meals that will help to reset your body and rejuvenate you
from the inside out.
Daily workshops
Our daily mindfulness, vision and intention setting workshops are
designed by Georgina who is a certified mindfulness and wellness coach, the
workshops are designed to help you focus on your goals, clarify your intentions
and get a clear vision on what you want your future to look like. Every day
there will be a short-guided workshop to help you to manifest abundance
and prosperity into your life a feel more focused grounded and driven in your
career and personal life.
Daily Guided Meditations
On each day you will be provided with guided meditations including
daily morning meditations, a walking meditation, a loving kindness meditation
and a Yoga Nidra meditation for sleep. These meditations compliment the yoga
classes and daily workshops for the day and are designed to help you
unwind and de-stress.
Lifestyle Tips
The retreat also includes helpful lifestyle tips such as tips for a
healthy mourning routine, meditation tips and lots of ideas on how to
incorporate wellness and self-care into your busy life.
